how is the le creuset stainless steel roasting pan with nonstick rack performing for you?

Has anyone tried the le creuset stainless steel roasting pan with a nonstick rack? I'm considering buying one, but I'm not entirely sure.

I've been using mine for a few weeks now, and I really love it. It heats evenly and cleans up easily. The nonstick rack is a great addition too.

I agree. My meals have been coming out perfectly cooked and it's easy to wash. I also like that the nonstick rack is removable.

Thanks for the feedback. Does the nonstick rack damage easily? I've had issues with nonstick surfaces in the past.

I haven't had any issues with it. I avoid using metal utensils on it, just to be safe.

Same here, no issues. I think as long as you treat it properly, it should last a long time.
