I've been using a stainless steel steamer for a while now, and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with it. One of the things I love is how durable it is. I've had mine for years, and it still looks as good as new.

That's great to hear! Durability is definitely a big plus when it comes to kitchen appliances. But what about the cooking performance? Does stainless steel affect the taste or quality of the food compared to other materials like bamboo or silicone?

I've used both stainless steel and bamboo steamers, and I haven't noticed much of a difference in taste. However, I do find that stainless steel heats up faster and more evenly, which can result in more consistent cooking.

Cleanup is a breeze with stainless steel! I just pop mine in the dishwasher, and it comes out sparkling clean every time. Plus, stainless steel is non-reactive, so I don't have to worry about any weird odors or stains lingering after cooking.
