I'm interested in understanding more about the casting process for slotted stainless steel spoons. Anyone with experience here?

The process can be quite intricate due to the slotted design. I've found sand casting to work pretty well.

yes, sand casting is a good way to go. Also, the type of stainless steel matters too. Some types lend themselves better to detailed casting.

Does anyone have tips for dealing with the slots? That's where I usually struggle.

I've found that using a mold with pre-made slots can really help. You'll get a cleaner finish that way.
