Great points,. Another challenge is surface finish. For cookware, the final product needs to have a smooth, clean surface, which can be tough to achieve with investment casting. Electropolishing post-casting has worked well for us. It not only improves the surface finish but also enhances corrosion resistance. Does anyone have experience with other finishing techniques?
