Quality all the way, in my opinion. Sure, you might save a few bucks upfront by going for a cheaper strainer, but if it doesn't do the job properly or starts falling apart after a few uses, what's the point? Stainless steel is known for its durability and resistance to corrosion, so investing in a high-quality one might actually save you money in the long run.
