Has anyone noticed any difference in the quality or taste of milk when using a stainless steel cast pot?

I recently shifted to using one and yes, I've noticed the milk tastes fresher and it seems to boil more evenly throughout.

That's been my experience too. I'm not going back to my old pots. Stainless steel is also easier to clean!
