has anyone here used stainless steel pans? I'm considering switching over to them and was hoping some of you could shed some light on its benefits.
I switched to stainless steel pans about a year ago and can say they're definitely worth it. They're exceptionally durable and don't rust or stain.
that's true. Another benefit is that stainless steel pans can withstand higher cooking temperatures than nonstick pans, perfect for browning or searing.
not to mention they're pretty easy to clean. Most are dishwasher safe, and even for those which aren't, simple baking soda and water usually do the trick.
don't forget about even heat distribution - one of the great advantages of stainless steel pans. It allows food to get cooked evenly.
