Hello all, I'm considering using stainless steel wing nuts for a project that requires frequent disassembling and reassembling. Does anyone have experience with this?
Hi, I have worked on a project like that once. I found stainless steel wing nuts to be quite strong and durable.
Yes, I agree. Furthermore, the good thing about them is that no tools are required to fasten or unfasten them. Their design allows for easy manual use.
I can attest to that. I've used them in marine applications and the stainless steel resists corrosion nicely.
They're great for any project where you may need to quickly tighten or loosen a bolt by hand. And stainless steel wing nuts are definitely built to last.
