Hey everyone, I've been considering going for a Dayton stainless steel sink casting for my kitchen remodel. Anyone here have experience with this option?
I've got one in my kitchen. Aesthetically pleasing, especially if you're going for the modern look. Plus, it's really sturdy.
I wouldn't recommend it if you are using heavy-duty cookware regularly. Stainless steel can scratch and dent more easily than other types of sink materials like porcelain or granite.
makes a good point, but at the same time, those scratches and dents can be sandpapered out with a little elbow grease.
And don't forget, stainless steel is more hygienic as it doesn't allow bacteria to survive as much as other materials.
