Can anyone share thoughts about Aus 8a stainless steel casting?
I use an Aus 8a knife for camping. It's super sharp and also very durable.
I've heard Aus 8a steel rusts easily. Is that true?
No, not in my experience. I'd say it holds up well. But regular maintenance is important though.
Between Aus 8a and 18/10 steel casting which one do you think is the best for kitchen use?
Personally, I'd go with 18/10 stainless steel for kitchen use.
