hi everyone, I've just bought a 30 gallon stainless steel pot and wanted some advice about how best to use it. Has anyone here used something similar?
I have been using one for my restaurant, it's great for boiling large batches of soup and stew. Also, always remember to heat it evenly to prevent burn spots.
I use mine for home brewing beer! The size is perfect and the stainless steel material prevents any unwanted flavors. Just make sure you have a strong enough burner for such a large pot.
agree and. Also, keep the pot clean and dry when not in use, stainless steel can get stained if not cared for properly. Good luck with your new pot!
