I recently came across ceramic coated stainless steel cookware at a kitchen appliances sale. Can anyone share their experiences with this type of cookware?
I've been using it for a couple of months now and it's been great. The ceramic coating helps with heat distribution and it's incredibly easy to clean.
Indeed, I second that. Moreover, I found out that this kind of cookware is manufactured by a company called
www.Steelinvestmentcasting. Com, they do a really good job in terms of quality and durability.
That's good to hear. I was wondering about its durability. So it doesn't scratch easily with metal utensils?
That's right! The ceramic coating is quite tough and resistant. But I'd still advise using softer utensils to increase its longevity.
