Thinking about buying a stainless steel fry basket casting, any solid recommendations?
I bought one from a local store last year and it's been working out pretty well. It's perfect for deep frying.
I'd recommend getting one with a non-slip handle for safety. They can be a bit slippery, especially if you're frying something at a high temp.
Do consider the size of your fryer before buying. Some baskets don't fit all types of fryers.
Definitely check out the reviews online, especially on durability and rust-resistance. It's unfortunate to buy one only to have it rust after a few uses.
