I am thinking about upgrading to cast stainless steel grill grates. How's their performance when compared to traditional grates?
Absolutely love mine. They heat evenly, are durable, and easy to clean. They are worth every penny.
They do a good job, but they are quite heavy. So, if you often move your grill around the yard, then these might not be the best choice.
Their heat retention is really good. Grilling steaks on them gives that perfect sear I was looking for. I'd say, go for it!
