I've recently heard about this stainless steel pour over casting. Can anyone share if it's worth the hype?
I got mine last month and it has been a game-changer! It is easy to control water flow and temperature plus cleanup is a breeze.
But wouldn't it impact the flavor of the coffee? I've always used a ceramic pour over, and I'm a bit hesitant to switch.
I thought that, too, before making the switch. Surprisingly, the taste of my coffee has only improved. I find the stainless steel pour over casting to be more durable as well.
