i've been thinking about updating my cookware set and I'm currently struck between stainless steel and ceramic pans. Any insights?
i've been using a ceramic pan for about 6 months now. There's nothing better than knowing you're cooking on a safe, toxin-free surface! They do need a bit more care to maintain though.
I am more of a stainless steel fan. They are indeed durable and you don't have to worry about any coating peeling off.
I have a stainless steel ceramic pan which gives the best of both worlds. It's durable and non-stick. Just make sure not to use metal utensil to prevent scratching the surface.
