Hello fellow coffee lovers, I'm torn between an aluminum and a stainless steel Moka pot. Can anyone suggest which one would be better?
I prefer stainless steel. It's more durable and doesn't rust easily.
I second. Also, stainless steel doesn't react with acidic coffee, thus maintaining authentic taste.
I've been using an aluminum Moka Pot though, it heats up faster compared to stainless steel, which is a huge benefit for me.
Interesting arguments. I'd really recommend trying out both to see which one you prefer. At the end of the day, it's all about personal preference.
