Hi there fellow bakers! Anyone here ever tried using 18/10 stainless steel baking sheets? I heard they're good for heat conduction and evenly baking cookies. What are your thoughts?
I'm glad you brought that up! I've recently started using one, and I'm really impressed. There's minimal sticking and they're rust-resistant too.
That sounds great! I've always had a problem with my aluminum sheets warping. Do the stainless steel ones warp too?
not in my experience. They've been pretty sturdy and reliable. I'd really recommend the 18/10 grade.
Do these 18/10 baking sheets require special care? I want something that's relatively low-maintenance.
not really. They are dishwasher safe and don't need any special care.
