Hi everyone! Just wanted to get some opinions - what do you think is better between carbon knives and stainless steel ones?
Interesting discussion! Personally, I prefer stainless steel knives. They're more rust resistant and low-maintenance.
On the contrary, I feel like carbon knives hold their edge longer. I hate having to sharpen my knives every so often.
